Reporting to the Director of Building Services you will be responsible for input, planning, budgeting and delivery of the maintenance requirements of Te Pae. Maintenance services will be delivered through a mix of internal team and contracted external suppliers. Understanding and embracing the needs of internal and external clients will be key to success.
During the pre-opening phase responsibilities include roll-out of policies and procedures, system implementation and training. In conjunction with the building owner, you will witness commissioning of the plant and building, be trained on operational aspects of all plant and equipment and focus on operational readiness.
In the initial operating phase, your attention will turn to assisting the Defect Liability Period and ensuring the builder and sub-contractors deliver maintenance and warranty requirements as per the contract.
